Balloon Information and FAQs

At Brighton Party Hut we include Hi-float in all of our latex helium balloons to improve their lifetime.

Our balloons are all best on the day. Please consider ordering your balloons for as close to the required time as possible. Although balloons may still float, they will shrink in size over hours to days after inflation. For balloons that last the longest, we recommend large helium balloons and air-filled options.

All estimations of balloon float time are indications in an undisturbed stable room temperature environment. These float times are not a guarantee.

11" latex balloons - 24-48 hours

Small helium foil balloons - 2-4 days

Large helium foil balloons - 3+ days

Unfortunately balloons and extreme temperatures do not mix well!

For best outcomes, we recommend keeping your balloons out of the heat, sunlight and cold (this includes inside vehicles or garages) to ensure that they last as long as possible.

Pick up is via our store at 75 - 77 Church Street, Brighton VIC 3187.

At checkout you will be required to select a date and time for your collection. We suggest collecting your balloons as close to your event as possible to ensure they are looking perfect!

Same day pick up is only available for certain balloons and bunches. For more enquires please get in contact with the store.

Balloons are fragile and transporting your balloons can often be seen as a challenge!

We recommend choosing a larger vehicle for your balloon pick up. More space means more room for your balloons, ensuring everything arrives in perfect condition!

We also offer convenient delivery to Brighton and Brighton East, and we also provide delivery to other surrounding suburbs for a fee. Let us help you make your event special and hassle-free!

Whilst we try to depict balloon colours as accurately as possible, there may be slight variation between the digital colour and balloon appearance in person.
